So what do you get when you mix a really awesome internet marketer/blogger and teach him how to sell houses? Well, when he has an extremely high competitive drive, you get a kick-butt Broker who dominates his local real estate market and completely takes over the Interwebs.

Dozens of renditions on the layout over the years, but MSCoastRealty.com is still one of my favorite projects. Not because it was mine and it made me a lot of money, but because it was this site and the success it brought me in my local market that helped me to realize that I wasn’t really burnt out in consulting work – I was just burn out consulting with large companies.

See, I started my real estate business in 2003 after being extremely tired of my then occupation which was mostly computer and internet consulting with larger companies. I LOVE the real estate field, but I also LOVE helping other small businesses succeed.

This site uses Thesis, a framework that works on top of WordPress and allows you to adjust the look of your site in real time. It is an awesome framework and has a lot of great features. I won’t go into any of them though because it wasn’t any of that that made me love this site so much – it was the the fact that this site helped me to realize my true calling….helping others!
